1. Definition and subject matter of the Contract
1.1 The sale conducted on this website is a distance contract ("Contract") within the meaning of Articles 45 and subsequent of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code").
The Contract relates to the sale of movable property between ALTERYA LABS s.r.o., with registered office at RevoluΔnΓ 1082/8, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, VAT number CZ22595694 ("ALTERYA LABS") and the purchaser ("Customer").
The Contract is concluded directly upon ALTERYA LABSβs acceptance of a purchase proposal submitted by the Customer via telephone or online on this website ("Website") and/or through other distance selling systems of ALTERYA LABS, based on the procedures described in Article 3 below.
1.2 The present general terms and conditions of sale ("General Terms") and, in particular, the pre-contractual information referred to in Article 49 of the Consumer Code, as provided by ALTERYA LABS to the Customer and published on the Website, shall remain valid and effective until they are amended and/or supplemented by ALTERYA LABS. Any amendments and/or additions to the General Terms shall take effect from the date they are communicated to the public and shall apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Terms is the one available on the Website.
2. Prices
The selling prices of the products shown on the Website and/or through any other distance selling systems of ALTERYA LABS include VAT and all other taxes. Delivery costs are indicated on the Website and/or through any other distance selling systems of ALTERYA LABS and, in the case of a telephone order, repeated to the Customer by ALTERYA LABSβs operator.
3. Purchase and payment methods
3.1 A telephone Contract is finalized by ALTERYA LABS notifying the Customer (who has contacted ALTERYA LABS by telephone and submitted a purchase proposal on that occasion, also providing the operator with the necessary details to register their name, purchase order, and selected payment method) that the proposal has been accepted.
3.2 In the case of purchase proposals sent via the Website, the Customer will receive a summary email from ALTERYA LABS, notifying them that their purchase proposal is being processed and shall be deemed accepted unless ALTERYA LABS sends a contrary communication via email or telephone within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt of the summary email. Upon expiry of this period, the online Contract shall be deemed finalized.
3.3 The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods: (a) by credit card, to be made at the time of submitting the order; or (b) via any other payment method that ALTERYA LABS indicates as valid on the Website from time to time.
4. Product Delivery β Complaints
4.1 ALTERYA LABS shall deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 10 (ten) days of the conclusion of the Contract.
4.2 Any complaint may be sent to the following address: ALTERYA LABS s.r.o. β RevoluΔnΓ 1082/8, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, VAT number CZ22595694, or via email to the address indicated on the Website.
5. Product Availability
ALTERYA LABS accepts the Customerβs orders within the limits of the quantities of the products available. Therefore, ALTERYA LABSβs acceptance of the Customerβs purchase proposal is subject to the availability of the products. ALTERYA LABS undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen product unavailability due to excess demand or other causes.
6. Warranties and Support
For products purchased by the Customer, the rules regarding legal conformity warranty and support applicable to the sale of consumer goods (Articles 128 and subsequent of the Consumer Code) shall apply.
7. Customerβs Obligations
The Customer declares and warrants: (i) that they are a consumer as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) that they are of legal age; (iii) that the details they have provided for the performance of the Contract are correct and truthful.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded Contract, without any penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the products. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer takes physical possession of the last item. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned period, by sending a written communication to ALTERYA LABS s.r.o. β RevoluΔnΓ 1082/8, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, to be sent via email or standard mail.
9. Processing and Confidentiality of Personal Data

10. Competent Court
The Contract shall be governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and breach of the Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Trani.
