Shipping: Times and Costs

Orders received by 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship on the first available business day.

Delivery Times

We ship via GLS express courier. Delivery takes 24/48 business days across the entire national territory; an additional business day is required for islands and remote areas.

As soon as your package departs, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are all-inclusive: handling, packaging, and transportation, with no additional costs due at delivery.

For orders over €50.00 the shipping is free.

Discreet and Anonymous Packaging

All of our packages are shipped in anonymous packaging, with no references to the contents or our brand on the outside. No one will know what you have ordered: your privacy is guaranteed from the time you place your order through to delivery.
