What is Burbuka hash? Burbuka is one of the most famous and popular hashes in the world due to its high cannabinoid content.
Originating in the Middle East, it is processed by hand similar to charas but is made from already dried inflorescences (derived from already dead plants).

The shade is very dark, tending to black on the outside, becoming lighter on the inside . As mentioned before: the outside is hard and full-bodied, the inside is a soft and tender core. Burbuka and Moroccan Hash
When you first approach the varieties of hashish on the market, you will certainly be directed towards those from centuries-old traditions (Afghan, Indian, Moroccan, Nepalese, Pakistani, Turkish, Lebanese, Manali and Kashmiri) that are produced by classic resin extraction methods. These are hashish from: Afghanistan, Manali and Nepal, Morocco, Pakistan, India, etc.. But of all of them, the most famous and well-known is Moroccan hashish.
Its colouring ranges from brown to greenish tones and its smell is slightly spicy. Moroccan hash usually comes in a hard, compact block.
You may have already heard of Moroccan hash (which is also the best known and most imported hash in the world). To makeMoroccan hash, i.e. that concentrate of resins from cannabis plants, the inflorescences are placed in a dark place for several months during their drying process.
When the time is right, the resin will be extracted, in the form of kief, which will look like a CBD concentrate and will be processed by hand until a soft, sticky paste is obtained.
The colouring of Burbuka hash is predominantly dark and its consistency still remains among the best in the world.
Moroccan Burbuka: Historical Background
Although the best-known hashish is usually attributed to the Moroccan tradition, its true origin remains unknown to this day. According to historians, hash may also have originated in North Africa imported during the Muslim conquests between the 15th and 17th centuries. While the commercialisation of hash only occurred in the 1960s and 1970s, the golden age of hippies.
The cultivation of Morocco's first forms of hashish was mostly a private ritual, within private gardens and plantations. This would be prosecuted today by Moroccan law, which is strict in prohibiting the cultivation of cannabis plantations and the processing of hash.
Hashish in Morocco is consumed mixed with black tobacco, rolled in the form of a joint or pipe.
In the Rif areas, hashish consumption is linked to typical rituals. In these areas, until the 1950s, entire populations lived by cultivating and processing hashish, taking advantage of the warm climate and high temperatures.
